Nick's Lunch was a landmark coffee shop on South Park Ave. that was replaced by the present Golden Gull Studios, which moved there from the other side of the street. This photo was taken by Anthony I. Baker in 1977. As a matter of note, our father had a luncheonette there for one year back during the Depression (see below) after his aunt Beatrice Haire sold Haire's Restaurant.
