This view, which was sold by A. S. Burbank (#116), shows Eel River and Plymouth Beach before the current parking lot was built. I believe the building to the right is the boathouse connected with the B. R. Curtis (later Hornblower) estate on Warren Ave. The Hotel Pilgrim can be seen on the hill near the center of the picture. The date is approximately 1890.
