Original 1960 Grand Bahama Port Authority Plan #147 (Lucaya Detailt) 24 August 1960

The blueprint I took this from was too large to put on the scanner so its been patched togeather as best possible. Part of the "Golf Course Subdivision" is where the Lucaya market place created, with the green-shaded area where it says "MARK 145" becoming Bell Point Channel. The small green area marked as the "Regency Club" is where the original Monte Carlo casino was to go (the Port Authority called it "the handball court" until legalization of gambling was acquired) while the red hotel area is where the Lucayan Beach Hotel was located.
